An interview with UK Teaching Award winner Natalie Richards and award-winning writer Russell T Davies. Natalie, a drama teacher at Bishop Gore Comprehensive School, Swansea was presented the SSAT Award for Outstanding New Teacher of the Year at the 2008 UK ceremony.
